Good Afternoon,
I just attended the “How the Have the Workers You Need” webinar and it was very good. I asked the question of how often you have training of your leaders, in your church and that question was somewhat answered for me during the webinar before you got to the Q & A. I see that training would be very helpful if done at least quarterly and could be done as often as monthly. This is something I think is important, and that I feel that we need to start doing in our church. I will be looking at other training resources to develop a training schedule for our group leaders.
